PayPass project of Mastercard (International) ...

Mastercard International hired MTA for an expertise mission for the functional and technnical feasability of a ticketing application on a paiement support such as regular smart cards payment cards.

In order to achieve this mission, MTA :

• studies the monetic requirements into a triple angle of view : transport operators, banks, final users
• conduct face to face interviews with different transport operators having installed a teleticketing system in Europe
• provides recommendations and preconisations on hte basis of its field study for the set up of the futur monetic application dedicated to transport ticketing
