Flanders transport - DeLijn (Belgium) ...

De Lijn, the public transport operator of the region of Flanders, hired MTA for  the set up of the full Business Plan of its new teleticketing system (Jan- Jul 2009).

MTA associated with Crossroad Consulting (Mechelen, BE), to win the tender on the support the implementation and the roll out of the teleticketing systemof De Lijn , from the business analysis to the set-up of the tendering activities and  the deployment phases (2009 onwards)

MTA brings its specialised teleticketing know-how and assists the technical integration of the teleticketing project  :

• Knowledge of the card transactions specificities and Calypso specifications
• Optimisatioj of the business requirements in line with the business plan
• Implementation of the QA strategy including the laboratory to validate the coherence and plan the realisations
• proceedures or information documents of the different departements of the organisation
• organisational structure, to be put in place to manage the teleticketing proceedures, check up
• internal and external communicatio and training
• analysis of data security
• leads with other orgaisations forseen as potential partner
